It’s in the Food Keeper Brochure, a 7-page chart put out by Cornell U that details the shelf, refrigerator, and freezer life of just about every American food staple: everything from salad dressing to diet powder mixes and a number of fruits and vegetables. There are also food safety tips throughout, and a suggested plan for saving your chilled food in case of an extended power outage.
